Welcome Krystal Augustin!
TriCircle’s New Office Manager
TriCircle is thrilled to welcome Krystal Augustin, MS, who joined our team as Office Manager in June 2026. A Maryland native who recently made New Haven her new home, Krystal brings a rich background in psychology, nonprofit operations, and accessibility advocacy — along with a genuine passion for community and connection.
Krystal earned her Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from NOVA Southeastern University and went on to serve as a Consultant with the American Psychological Association, where she led disability inclusion and accessibility initiatives, including the implementation of APA’s Accessibility and Inclusion Maturity Model. That experience, paired with her strengths in project management, event planning, and writing, gives her a unique ability to build environments where people feel welcomed, valued, and connected to the resources they need.
Krystal first discovered TriCircle online, but it was meeting our founder Ana that truly drew her in. “I understood the passion and ambition behind her work,” Krystal shared. “I was deeply inspired by her commitment to transparency, authenticity, and community.” That same spirit shows up in how Krystal shows up for others. Having recently walked alongside a close friend in early recovery, she describes her role simply: to listen without judgment, celebrate every milestone, and remind people they don’t have to face hard times alone. It’s a commitment rooted in her own experience navigating mental health, too — one that taught her firsthand how much strength comes from a support system, whether friends, family or chosen family, that offers grace and steady encouragement.
Krystal sees her work at TriCircle as a continuation of that purpose. Her background in psychology and her dedication to social justice and health equity shape how she approaches every person she meets — with empathy, respect, and genuine appreciation for their story. Outside the office, you’ll find Krystal cheering on (and playing) soccer, traveling, reading, or simply enjoying time outdoors.
