TriCircle Presents: Write Your Story!
Join Melissa Lombardo of Write, Heal, Thrive® for a supportive writing workshop designed to help you begin crafting your personal recovery story. Through a brief guided meditation, thoughtful writing prompts, and gentle guidance, you’ll reflect on your journey, discover meaningful moments, and explore how your experiences have shaped who you are today.
There will be opportunities to write, reflect, and—if you choose—to share your work in a compassionate, judgment-free community. No writing experience is necessary. Whether you leave with a finished story or simply the beginning of one, you’ll gain tools and inspiration to continue the process.
This workshop is offered in preparation for our September Supper & Stories community event, where participants will have the opportunity to share their recovery stories over a shared meal.
[Attendance at either event is completely optional—you are welcome to attend the writing workshop without participating in Supper & Stories, or attend Supper & Stories even if you are unable to join us for the workshop.]
No cost to attend!
